How to access a label in a grid cell ?

During onPrepare I'm adding a label inside a grid cell

Now I want to modify the label text during the onRender phase ?

How can I do that?

This is the code for changing the label by it's name<br />

reportContext.getDesignHandle().findElement("myElementId").text = "test"

This code is if you know the ID number<br />
<br />
<pre class='_prettyXprint _lang-auto _linenums:0'>
reportContext.getDesignHandle().getElementByID(74).text = "Test"
</pre>

You can get the ID number or assign the number under the general tab in the propriety editor
