iServer - painful usability issue

Hope you can help us with this key usability issue in iserver:

We have numerous users around the world setting up and maintaining report schedules, but the iServer setup doesn't allow for users to be able to see each others report schedules. This is a key feature of an enterprise environment and I'm amazed it can't be easily done,

Therefore, do you know of a why round this ? Without giving everyone admin access
