actually i want send one pdf to multiple user from Eclipse BIRT or maximo automatic. 
 
Means i will show email id on the report top & PDF auromatic send to that onlr email id. 
 
 
in DocumentBurster we can send pdf to multiple user. Can you tell how to use this with eclipse BIRT.

I've not used DocumentBurster, so I'm not completely sure. You might look into their "How to" articles:

You could also look into the iServer, if scheduling and emailing of reports is something you're looking into:

but i dnt want use iServer . 
Flow will be like this BIRT To maximo. 
 
Please go through link in this showing mail sending direct from BIRT. 
Not using iServer & maximo also. 
It is creating url from BIRT viewer & sending mail like this. 
But little confusion here about this article let see i need to create one example & use this class file in this .Let me know im in right path..

Have you tried looking at the devShare I sent? I don't have an example of this to send you. I'd be starting in the same place as you. Try it out and let me know if and where you get stuck. From the looks of it, in either case, you just need to set up a java class to run your report to HTML, then use the other code to set up the email, using the HTML as the body of the email. I would guess you could run it as a PDF and attach the file, to the email.

Hi,
It is possible to send one to multiple user from maximo ?.
But not scheduling concept.

i will call email id as paramerter or store email id in one field & pass ..
like this ?
is any way??

If you passed in your email id's as a parameter or looked them up in a dataSet, you might be able to call your sendMail class from the afterRender method of the report design.
