How to increase the width and height of a column in the row area of a crosstab?

i have a data-field in my data set which has huge names stored in it, which are of type aaaaa_bbbbbb_ccccc_ddddd...
so am not being able to use auto-word wrapping option....
the width of my crosstab is very long...
i tried increasing the width and height in the master page option but still half of my data field names are getting cut...
what do i do?

Go to property editor > advanced > layout preference and change this to auto and it should auto size the report for you. Let me know if this works for you!

Ya it is working..thanks a lot...but now it has created a new problem... 
i had a grid which acted as a label-header for the columns in my cross tab row-area 
now that it is auto-size, and not fixed as it was previously, the headers are not matching with the data....going left and right...what to do now???
