Different DB connection per report

Hey Gang,

Is there way I can have certain reports run from a different Data Source/Database? I don't want all the BIRT reports to be run from this data source, just a few, ie..Work Order Details. Can this be configured in Maximo?

Yes. In Maximo it might be a little different since the out of the box Maximo reports use a scripted data source, and get its connection info from script. But you can change that to connect to a different source, or you can modify the report to use a database data source (since Maximo data is just a database) and use something like JNDI or property binding to change the data source at runtime. So you have a couple of different options.
