Crosstab with multiple detail rows?

Here is an excel version of what I need to do:

As you can see it has 6 detail rows per dress (the last 2 are calculated) and then after all dresses for a category, I need totals for each row. One of the last columns are totals. 
 
What can I do to get something like this in BIRT? 
Heres a sample of the database structure:

The shipto field is the columns, further right are the dollar amounts for each one.

You can use a crosstab to do what you're trying. First you would need to create a data cube, this is where you would set the groups/details and the summary. If you want to post a small xml file with some of the data I could show you a working example.

I cannot really post it because I use a company birt template. 
 
But I have made a query gathering all fields from the database and made a datacube:

From there I'm not sure. 
If you could answer: 
How do I define a group? I need to group on Shape. Then for each product class in that shape I display: 
Retail dollars, Plan dollars, Units 
Var = Variance in retail dollars - Plan 
% to ttl = Total units (Un) / sub-total units for that shape 
% plan to ttl = $ / sub-total plan amount for that shape 
 
Then in columns: 
Aur retail = total retail $/ total units 
Aur plan = total plan $/total units 
VarAur = Aur retail ? Aur plan 
 
 
So really I will need to know how to do group sub totals and generate derived fields and aggregates. 
 
If you could point me in the right direction I'd really appreciate it.

Would it be possible for you to maybe make a sample report that outlines how to: 
 
-Have the main group show in the header and repeat for each header and outline how to stack my detail rows correctly? It looks like derived measures will do the calculated fields.
