cross tab problem in birt report

Hi,
I am new in "Birt report". Facing problem with cross tab.Data,expected output and report output are attached.


Problem is: Name field value 'Reason'showing only once.
Please help me.

That's how a crosstab is supposed to work.<br />
Don't you have any other field that you can use to make a difference between these lines:<br />
