Hi,

Just find the Pane "Hyperlink" in the Property Editor while you have the focus on the picture.

Edit the Link, with option URI and Location e.g. "file:///C:\Program Files\Actuate11\Manuals\license.pdf" or if the pdf is on the web http://...
