unable access report it will printing some logs

hi

i am facing following issue,

i have deployed my webapplication in tomcat(on site).

some times, my birt reports comming very properly , but some times it is showing error stack on Report.pl check it attached image once , could any one give me some suggestion on it, like how to solve this.......

Have you checked the logs in tomcat? I'm wondering if something is failing on that side, what's the deployment environment?
