Cascading Parameters with [ALL] Values allowed

Please find enclosed a zip file that contains all you need to know as well as MYSQL procedures to help generate the code required to make Cascading Dynamic Parameters able to accept [ALL VALUES] as an option instead of just a single selection

Examples based on CLASSIC MODELS database which everyone should be able to follow.

It is not perfect in this version as I need to work out how to make NULL fields into a text selection of <Not Used> to cover that aspect.

Any comments or feedback is very much appreciated

By the way 5 Cascading Parameters gives you 32 combinations of either a selection or [ALL VALUES] and the MYSQL software creates all the code you need. It currently goes to 64 options with 6 Parameters.
I can of course finish it for upto 9 parameters but I think that would be a lot of combinations but if anybody wants 9 parameters then it should work but be a bit slow perhaps.
