Unable to evaluate If statement

I am running BIRT 2.3.2 with a JDBC Oracle connection. I am trying to set a global variable based on the value in the current datarow.

In the ON Fetch method of my dataset I have the following code and error (from Debug report):

Looking at your code "If" and "Else" should be "if" and "else" you could try making those changes and see if it fixes your issue.

Is getdatarow available in BIRT 2.3.2. I snagged a copy of the scriptapi.jar from BIRT 3.7.1 that we are trying to install and put it in the M:\BirtIBM\eclipse\plugins\org.eclipse.birt.report.data.oda.jdbc_2.3.2.r232_v20090212 folder. That didn't seem to help.

Here's the file. It isn't finished yet. I'm going through it slowly to fix each error as I find it.

I'm working off of an Actuate 11 e.report that I'm trying to convert to open source BIRT.
