Birt Iserver acadmin giving error in each page

Hi,

in each tab i am getting parsing error such as in file type tab i am getting this error.

I would recommend that you send this information to support@actuate.com so we can open a case and assign a Customer Support Engineer to assist you. The engineer may need to examine iServer logs to determine more about this issue.

What OS is this iServer installed on?
Does this always occur?

Can you navigate to $AC_DATA_HOME$/encyc/ and verify that there is a fileType folder present?

Given the nature of the error you are receiving, it would probably be best if you opened a case with us in Actuate Support as it may require detailed environment information, and transfer of logs.

I am using windows 7 pro.

when i navigated to "C:\Actuate\iServer\data\encyc" i got "file type" folder is there and that folder is empty.

ya i am not getting each time same error if i click on the same tab again then that error will not come but if click again 4-5 times then it will come ..this is happening for all the tab..but if i add report file then each time i am getting error..all are giving different error..like user tab is giving below error.

The file folder being empty is part of the problem. 
It would appear that your installation did not complete as expected. 
Did you run the installer as a member of the "Administrators" group? 
 
My suggestion is to remove the installation, reboot, ensure that the C:/Actuate/ folder is removed, and then attempt to install again.

I installed it again and now i have some images in The file folder..some ..gif adn .ico files. 
but still i am getting error on each and every tab of acadmin, after clicking multiple time on a single tab error disappears and things worked...but again it comes sometime, for file upload its giving same error as above but after updating files multiple times it gets uploaded but with error. 
 
the most common error is "Premature end of file"..

At this point it would be best to open a support case. 
 
I think we would need to set up debug logging in the MC, in addition to setting the logging to a high level (fine or finest) for the iServer as a whole. Do you see these errors when navigating through the Configuration Console? (ConfigConsole is typically <a class='bbc_url' href='http://servername:8900/acadmin/config/'>http://servername:8900/acadmin/config/</a>) 
 
In addition to that, we would want to explore the OS error logs (event viewer, errpt -a, or similar) in conjunction with the above in order to have a better determination as to what is occurring when in the entire system as a whole while these errors are occurring.
