Hyperlinked report does not come up in BIRT report viewer on tomcat

Hi
I created 2 reports. Report A has hyperlink to report B. It works fine in report designer in eclipse, but when I copy A.rptdesign and B.rptdesign to
tomcat webapp/BIRT/Report/
hyperlink gives error as below [ I can get to both reports individually from browser ]
- There is no report design object available.

In your Tomcat's webapps/BIRT/WEB-INF/web.xml, did you make any changes? Specifically, did you update the setting <em class='bbc'>BIRT_VIEWER_WORKING_FOLDER,</em> to point to your report designs directory? In your case, it would be that webapp/BIRT/Report that you referenced. Please note that Tomcat will need to be restarted after any changes to the web.xml<br />

You can take those sample files and try it out in your environment.<br />

If you still continue to have any issues, please also indicate versions of your products used. Also, please make a note of the URL of the hyperlink when you hover over the the drill-down link.<br />
