Dynamic Report Parameter don't show results in BIRT Viewer

Hello, 
 
I'm trying to add dynamic report parameter to BIRT Report which will query database and let user to choose from result of dataset. So I created dataset which will always give 3 latest months values: '2012-11','2012-10','2012-09'. When I running report in BIRT everything works fine. When I'm running same report on the BIRT Viewer list is not populating. Anyone have idea what may causing that. 
 
I'm using BIRT Designer and viewer 4.2. Tried to find solution but with no luck.
