Show Percentage in Pie Chart

It is fairly straight forward to have the value labels in a pie chart shown as percentage when creating a BIRT report. Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be an option for this in the Pie Chart Gadget ... or am I missing something? I had a look at the documentation as well and there is no word about it.
