How to make report pdf format as fitted to whole page( in Case of Comand Prompt Report Generation)

i am facing following problem, please some one give some suggestion to me , like how to resolve it

Problem Description::

I am generating report in format of PDF by using common Line

like

genReport.sh -f ?PDF? -o "UserReportsDaily_$date.$sys.$format" -p "messageType1=$msg_type" -p "displaychoice1=$dis_choice" -p "systemId1=$sys" -p "fromdateforDaily=$fromdate" -p "todateforDaily=$todate" -p "userType=NULL" -p "userIDs=NULL" -p "fromYear1=NULL" -p "fromMonth1=NULL" -p "toYear1=NULL" -p "toMonth1=NULL" -p "OringalAggregator=NULL" $rpt_UseRep_Daily`

Here my problem is,

report is not fitting to PDF completely,please any one can help me, how i can make my report is completely fit into PDF page without any right side cutting.

Here i am attaching PDF report. please look at once.

In the rptdesign is the layout preference auto or fixed? How does the report appear when you render it from the designer?

layout preference auto only, but same reports we are using in Portal,So especially incase of commonand line report generation ,i want to report should be fitted to whole page without data loose

With PDF you have a fixed page size to work with, so you could increase the master page size from property editor > general > height and width, but that might not work for you if the report is going to be printed. So you can either size everything to make sure it fits in the page with landscape or increase the page size. You could also add a <a class='bbc_url' href='http://www.birt-exchange.org/org/devshare/designing-birt-reports/855-crosstab-horizontal-page-break-example/'>horizontal page break</a> to the report to make sure everything fits.
