Adding Headers to crosstab

I have a cross tab with id, name and phone as columns and Amount as summary.
I need to add headers in the crosstab.
I tried adding the headers by using grid, but at runtime it is not alligned with the crosstab

Please suggest how to add headers in crosstab.
