Hi , 
 
I am working on application deployed on Websphere 7 where I am trying to integrate Birt 3.7. 
 
I went through the <a class='bbc_url' href='http://wiki.eclipse.org/BirtPOJO_Viewer_WebSphere_Deployment'>documentation</a>provided by Birt. 
 
It states to remove : xerces, resolver and serializer jars. But my Birt Report looks to be working fine without removing these jars. 
 
Can some one please help me out in understanding what scenarios of Birt Viewer will fail, if I don't remove above jars. These jars are required in my existing Application, so I wanted to understand this.

If everything is working fine with them, you probably don't need to remove them, then. In some other app servers, these jars cause a failure to deploy the viewer. If yours deploys fine, you're probably ok.
