Unable Export Data in different file format.

Hi ,
I am not getting different file options while exporting data for selected columns.

When exporting data, the only output option is to a .CSV file. 
 
When exporting report/content, the other formats such as PDF, Excel, Postscript, etc... are available. 
 
Below is a screenshot of the various formats available from Open Source BIRT and Actuate Commercial BIRT. In Actuate BIRT, there are additional options and features available for each emitter. 
 
For example, the Actuate Excel emitter allows "live" exports of charts and BIRT crosstabs to Excel pivot tables. For more information about the features of this emitter visit @ <a class='bbc_url' href='http://www.birt-exchange.org/org/devshare/designing-birt-reports/1282-live-excel-export-(demo-pack)/'>here for more info</a>. 
 
Also, when exporting content, you may add other third party emitters such as the CSV emitter (<a class='bbc_url' href='http://www.birt-exchange.org/org/devshare/designing-birt-reports/1417-csv-emitter-plugin-for-birt/'>see here for more info</a>)
