Group Label missing

Hello. On my report, I have a set of groupings. The second two are fine and display properly. The first, being a year variable, doesn't show. It happens to be in this report right now, the years are all the same. I have been able to use an associated date and pull the year from that using javascript, but that is not accurate plus I have already pulled it from my query from my Handler. Is this happening because all the years are the same? How do I fix this to make certain it appears?
