Hi Elkaras,
Is it the group data that is ordered wrong, or is it the data that is in the groups?
Can you give us some of your data and how you want it to be ordered?
Regards
Hans
yes, it is the group data but is ordered correctly by query data..

but in the table the data binded as mixed data by group.

for example ...

by SQL

it is ordered ..
group name description [?? is some word in Korean]
?? #f1
#f2
FUND #item1 #DESC1
#item2 #DESC2
#item3 #DESC3
BOND #b1
#b2

but ...

BOND #b1
#b2
FUND #item1 #DESC1
#item2 #DESC2
#item3 #DESC3
?? #f1
#f2

I only see the data in the table like that one above.

I think it's because of the soring option in group.

Hi,
there is no possiblity to deactivate sorting if you use table groups. The reason for that is that BIRT ha to resort all the data first before building groups (BIRT is assuming that the data in a table is completely unsorted).
What you could do is to add a groupIndex column to your query. In BIRT you could then sort the groups using this index column (there is a sorting tab in the grouping dialog that can be used to select some other column that is used to sort the groups)

so, when fetch on dataSet, make index value for groups ...I did it..
and sort by that data, it works fine..
