Hi, you don't appear to be using a scripted datasource, is this correct? When you installed BIRT did you use the files on IBM's site?
What version of Maximo and what version of BIRT?

I am not sure what is the reason of your problem, but my experience is: I always click Save button right after import .rptdesign file, and all parameters will appear at the bottom of the page.
