Error when running a report with 3.7.1

Hey Gang, 
 
I just installed BIRT 3.7.1, I followed everything from the guide, plus I've done this a few times with 2.3.2. But when I try to run any report I get the following error 
 
java.lang.ClassCastException:java.lang.NoSuchMethodError cannot cast to java.lang.Exception 
 
Does anyone know how to fix this?

Is this showing up in a report that was originally created in 2.3.2 or from a brand new report created from scratch in 3.7.1?
