Group Task Ownership

I have this issue of reassigning. For example, if you have a grouptask and it has been taken by someone, is there any other way apart from using CLT to change the owner of the task to a different user. It seems that if the task is a grouptask, IW won't allow the changing of owner to someone else when the task has been taken. CLT is an option, but we need to make this available to administrators from within TeamSite GUI itself as they do not have direct access to execute the CLT.

Look at functions available within TeamSite::WFtask - you could probably create a custom menu CGI script that prompted for the taskid and new owner information, and perform the operations desired.

Alternatively have the custom menu call the CLT iwuntaketask (I believe that's the name, don't have TeamSite running right now) - which should effectively put the task back into the "group pool" for someone else to take ownership of.
