Calling Stored procedure from inside Birt Maximo

Hi All ,

Please tell me the steps to call a stored procedure(in oracle) through birt(from inside maximo).
Also ,how to make report run for maximo default where clause(1=1) in case of stored procedure.

Sorry for replying late as i was busy with other stuffs .Let me rephrase 
 
I have a List report which runs from application (Ex -WoPrint Report). we select Site ,Status in application only and this is passed to Report(Which has a Stored Procedure in back end) . 
Can you please help me with an Example .Also ,let me know if i am still not clear
