how to get dataset value in html for list box,radio button, date picker

i am trying to do a report with list box,date picker,radio button...so give idea which way i can do and give script or java code for that............ <br />
<br />
1) when i create a list box with four option like daily,range of dates,weekly,monthly<br />
<br />
if i click a daily it will result a some record <br />
if i click a range of dates it will result in between dates of record <strong class='bbc'>from date TO to date</strong> by date picker <br />
if i click a monthly it will result a some record <br />
if i click a weekly it will result a some record <br />
<br />
<br />
2)am having another list box with four four option <br />
<br />
if i click a 1 option it will result a some record<br />
like wise for another 3 option<br />
<br />
3)with 2 radio button <br />
city wise<br />
brandwise<br />
<br />
at last if i select in three i have to get all record according to which i describe above ..........<br />

You'll need to write a custom parameter page to do something like this. I've attached an example that isn't liked to any report but it shows how you can have date pickers auto hide and show based on an HTML drop down. I used <a class='bbc_url' href='http://code.google.com/p/datepickr/'>this date picker</a> and have included the js in the zip also.
