How to get older version of Eclipse plugin (Professional edition)?

Hi,

I have to develop some reports for Actuate One iServer 11 Service Pack 3 and I was told that requires Professional Report Designer Version 11.0.3.0.
As I am working on Linux, I use the Eclipse plugin, which is currently pointing to following URL:
http://download.birt-exchange.com/products/birt/update/ih2

But this is the very latest version. Can somebody please point me to the URL of the previous version I require?

Or alternatively is there somewhere a compatibility mode that I can switch on / or specify for which version I want to develop?

Many thanks ... but I am actually looking for the professional (paid-for) version, not the open source one. Do you have by any chance a link for this one as well?
