unable to integrate BIRT 3.7.2 with Websphere (IBM rational application developer)7.0.0

hello,
i am not able to integrate BIRT with IBM RAD(rational application developer). I've attached a word doc along, in which each step is forementioned along with its screenshot. Please help me out!

i was able to do it when i made a separate project for BIRT in websphere and it is running successfully,thank you.

Another issue--> I am not able to view the BIRT report in chrome while it is working perfectly with the other browsers.I am attaching a screenshot,pls have a look.
