Log SQL query with parameters values

Hello everyone,

I'm trying to debug my SQL request using logging properties of BIRT but I can"t make it.
What I have tried :

This method : http://wiki.eclipse.org/index.php/BIRT/FAQ/Scripting#Q:_Where_can_I_find_logs.3F . I put "FINEST" in log level .

And putting the "Logger.getAnonymousLogger().info(str);" in the beforeOpen , beforeClose and onFetch, afterOpen I only get something in beforeOpen but I only see the request with "?" parameters. Moreover, I can't see "<level>INFO</level>" in the log I see around my SQL request.

I also tried simply loging manually the this.queryText in a log file, same behaviour.

Could someone tell me where to log the SQL ( and how if it's not with this technic) ?

You can do this from the beforeOpen() of the dataset like this<br />

Thanks ! this is working but this is just still too manual but better than not seeing parameters.

If you have any idea on how to print the whole "final" query, it would be better cause then you can copy/paste the request to execute it seperatly on a db server and then debug/optimize etc..

but for now it's better than "?" , I didn't think about doing that.
> edit : and I will try to parse all parameters automaticaly so I dont have to write the X lignes corresponding to the X parameters I put in my request.
