Historical Trending

Can some body elaborate how we can save historical trending for the Line Graph in Actuate Birt?
Lets say i want to show trend of last 12 weeks and my Scorecard runs every week.

Previously we are using Clear point BI tool and there is last run parameter (12 Runs) there to show historical trending in graph but not found in Actuate One Birt
