Switch Opeartions

Hi,

I have created a report, which has 10 rows and a description about each row.
Now I need to create a Radio button or a check box, which has an option Yes or No.
When I click on Yes, the descriptions has to be appeared along with rows.
And when I click on No, the description should not appear.

Can anyone help me ?
