i have tried report but no result give some idea

here i have attached a snapshot to create like that dashboard reports and they are many option i have to select a option according to that report was to be generated
my version is birt 4.2.2 and eclipse 4.2.1
my question
1) how to create mysql dataset and chart according to that snapshot
2)in which way i have to create a dashboard report according to snapshot give some idea
3) filter way ...
4)sample report according to my snapshot.......
5)how to design according to snapshot

For question 1 are you just wanting to create a bar chart with a table underneath? For question 2 are you wanting to have a dashboard with links on the left like you screenshot shows? And for question 3 could you explain your needs for this a little further?

1) sir in screenshot they are a header and footer with lot of content with link .....like <br />

i)executive management dashboard <br />

ii)new sales report...etc<br />

if i click new sales report in FIRST screenshot <br />
<br />
it will show some four option with picture IN FIRST SCREENSHOT<br />

then again i click in one that like <strong class='bbc'>i) monthly sales report </strong> it wil show according to option it wil display a particular option like <br />

1) list box with <strong class='bbc'>select zone</strong><br />
i)ALL<br />
ii)west <br />
iii)south <br />
iv)east<br />
v)north in one that if i select ALL<br />
2) second list box with <strong class='bbc'>select region</strong><br />

i)ALL<br />
ii)A<br />
iii)B<br />
iv)c .....in one that if i select A<br />

3) <strong class='bbc'>select cities</strong> it will show with ALL,A,B,C,D,E, in one that if i select B<br />

4) like wise am selecting a FOURTH LIST BOX with some option like A,B,C,D,E,F in one that if i select C<br />

if i click in first list box with ALL option<br />
it will hide all option in <strong class='bbc'>SELECT REGION</strong> and then if i click <strong class='bbc'>west</strong> in <strong class='bbc'>first list box</strong> then it list out option 'A' <br />
like wise it follow ...<br />
then if i click <strong class='bbc'>SELECT CITIES</strong> its also with ALL,A,B,C,D,E but its in auto completion of input fields can be accomplished...<br />
like wise it will go upto am selecting in select list box ,<br />

then if i select all list box in which category i need then i submit it will display a table with chart view<br />

for this how many dataset i have to create and how can i filter it according to my selection follows <br />

in which way i can create and how can i call its in jsp to view client side how does its work.....<br />
