Maximo Ad Hoc Reports (QBR) Date Formats

Wondering if anyone has been able to change the date format display within <strong class='bbc'>Maximo Ad Hoc Reports </strong>(QBRs)? Our custom format (yyyy-MM-dd) isn't being used for these reports. <br />
<br />
I've been able to change the footer within the MaximoSystemLibrary.rptlibrary, but cannot find a way to change selected date fields (ex. Target Start Date).<br />

Create Report - Summary or Detail (Target Start Date = 12-08-06 4:55:26 PM)
