How to merge cells if duplicate

I created one simple table and now i have got :

when I am using suppress duplicate,getting following resut. 
<img src='http://img443.imageshack.us/img443/512/firstyr.png' alt='Posted Image' class='bbc_img' /> 
so i have got only 1 time aaa and 1 but i need to get a output like this 
 
<img src='http://img41.imageshack.us/img41/8905/secondm.png' alt='Posted Image' class='bbc_img' /> 
 
 
So what i need is when value duplicate so merge cells 
 
haw i can do this ??

I think that if you group first by nom, and in a second group by lp and code,it will display you need.
