2)second question is i have tried a date picker its work fine while in run in preview and viewer in birt report but while i call on jsp in tomact 6.0 it doesnt showing datepicker only its show a textbox

For your first Question. The screen shot you used came from a Dashbord that was created with the Actuate BIRT Commercial product. It is using the BIRT 360 product. The Open Source product does not have an interactive viewer. For more information on the differences between Open Source and Commercial product see the following link.

actually i have solved by cascading parameter with the combination of 4 list box,with one date picker in REPORT PARAMETER 
 
but i need it to in html to call cascading parameter i want to display it.in table and chart .. and 
 
so can u explain how to write html code to call cascading parameter for this screen shot .... 
 
and can u provide a sample report for this ....

I am not clear on your question but if you are looking at working with the HTML to change how the report works so you can edit some of the fields in the report take a look at the followng DevShare post.
