Auto generate report in pfd format

Hi,

I have a question.

Can a BIRT reporting generate the report in PDF format?
By default, BIRT will generate the report in JSP page. then it have the option either to export it into pdf, csv etc.
My requirement is, I want when user click button PRINT in my application, it will automatic generate the BIRT report in pdf format.

It is possible??

You can generate the report as PDF by passing it in the url using __format=PDF <a class='bbc_url' href='http://www.eclipse.org/birt/phoenix/deploy/viewerUsageMain.php'>Here is a list</a> of the parameters you can pass through the URL. Are you wanting this to generate after clicking the print button in the toolbar or have you created your own print button?
