birt number data type problem in xls

i want to print numbers in the cell of excel sheet but when i pass a integer from java to birt using scripted data source i am getting some green triangle at the top left of each excel cell and excel gives the option to convert to number then if i click that the green triangle disappeares for that cell, i am using the dataset output column type as integer
