Getting data from the second row

Hi All,

In our DataSet the data comes in multiple rows.
we are able to fetch the data of the first row with
row["COLUMN_NAME"]. how can with fetch the data
of Second row.

for eg.
EMP_ID EMP_NAME DEPT_ID
1001 DAVE 10
1002 MARVERIK 20
2001 LOREN 10

if we write row["EMP_NAME"] we get DAVE
how can we get MARVERIK???

we are adding the data set to the report. 
and trying to assign the value from the 2nd row 
to a label.

Greetings of the day. 
 
 
We can use use Dynamic Text or Data control as well but we want to show the value other than detail row. 
There is a separate grid which we are adding data control 
And trying to show the value from 2nd row of the data set. 
We are new to gory and we don't know how to achieve this 
We tried a lot of Googling but didn't got any ideas.

Did you bind the data set directly to a grid?
Remove the grid and try binding the data set to a table element instead.

The Problem is solved now. 
for anyone who faces the same problem as mine here is the solution what I did. 
1. On Initialize of report 
declare a array and a count variable; 
myArray = []; 
count = 0; 
 
2. onFetch of dataSet 
myArray[count] = row['COLUMN_NAME']; 
count++; 
 
1st point we are creating two global variables myArray and count. 
2nd point we are adding the value of the column row wise to the array. 
 
this array will be available to all the child element of the report to do any processing/Calculation. 
 
you can fetch the value of your required row like below. 
 
for(i=0;i<myArray.length;i++) 
{ 
if(myArray == "DEV") 
return true; 
}
