If you use SVG charts, there is functionality to be able to hide/show a series based on clicking in the legend. If you want this without SVG charts and with check boxes, you'll probably have to either make all the different combinations of each chart and then hide/show them based on the check box values or re-run your report when new values are selected.

Take a look at this example. It has a SVG chart at the top. Be sure to enable SVG charts and use of external browsers from your preferences.
The second option has a chart for each combination of check boxes. There is an HTML form and a button for updating the chart. Each chart is bookmarked in the design allowing you to access the bookmark as the ID. After making all charts hidden, we check the values of the check boxes. They then go through an if/else to determine which chart to show.
I didn't do the third option as it would just be rerunning your report with a new parameter to determine which series to hide in your chart. Let me know if you're wanting to use this option.

<br />
but when i click it cant re run and give particular check of series.....<br />
<br />
can give code for that too.....
mwilliams
I didn't set up the report to be re-run. I did the other options. Are you wanting to re-run the report?
404040
thank for ur reply....
ya i have to re run the report.......
mwilliams
Okay. If you're wanting to rerun the report, it should be an easy change. You'd just need a single chart and then when you submit your checkbox form, you'd just pass the new values through a parameter and recall the report.

thank u for reply....
i have tryed but i did get the value can u able post code for this..........
mwilliams
Take a look at this example. It uses the same form and reloads the report instead of showing a different chart. Hope this helps.
