Migrate Oracle Reports to Birt Report-Which is Best Solution

I have a requirement to convert thousands of Oracle reports to Birt Reports.In birt i will use PostgreSQL as database.Which is the best way to convert oracle reports to birt reports.One option is manually check oracle report's functions groups etc. and replicate same thing in birt report.It will be a mammoth task.Is any option to simplify this task?

I haven't tried this but I've seen online that you can convert oracle reports to XML. You'd still need to edit the report some. Do you have a lot of advanced reports or do you have a lot of simple listing reports? There also might be some third party conversion tools out there that you could try.

I searched lot.But i didnt find any tool satisfying my requirement.If u know any tools,pls share that link..Reports includes complex also..
