Determine last row in Crosstab

I would like to know if there is a way in a crosstab onrender/oncreate funciton to determine when the last row entry is being rendered? I am creating a treeMenu using the crosstab info and need to change the last icon in the tree.

You can count the rows in onCreate() in one crosstab then store it as a persistent global variable. You could then use this PGV. What version of birt are you running? I can create an example for you.
