Fail with using JNDI connection

Hi, 
 
I using a "file.xml" to set the connections attributes. If using all informations on "Data Souce" (driver, url, user, pw), the same of the "file.xml", it works, but the JNDI not work. I need help.

I read other topics about similar errors and have the Oracle JDBC driver (ojdbc6.jar) folder: 
...\eclipse-indigo\plugins\org.eclipse.birt.report.data.oda.jdbc_3.7.1.v20110905\drivers 
 
and the runtime (org.eclipse.birt.runtime_3.7.1.v20110913-1734.jar) in the path: 
...\Project_name\src\main\webapp\WEB-INF\lib 
 
Again, only when I use the file oracle-ds.xml error occurs, use the same file on another server and it works ok. I have a configuration error that I can not find the server in question. Have a suggestion?

It definitely seems to be something with the jndi name. Let me know.
