Information about BIRT

Hi all,

I just wanted to know a little deep and more about BIRT.. Could you please guide me?

Please provide more information/link to BIRT API's. Can I run some test examples to see how a chart works with a data set, or generate simple report from a data set?

If you go <a class='bbc_url' href='http://help.eclipse.org/indigo/index.jsp'>here</a> you can see an online doc. If you download the SDK from the eclipse.org/birt site, you can add the jars to have this in your help menu of your install. I think you can also get this from help->install new software.<br />

As for examples that will help you with BIRT, there are a collection of helpful examples shipped with BIRT. If you go to Window -> Show View -> Other -> Report and Chart Design, you'll see a couple views that include examples for charts and reports that you can look at.<br />
