Question about formatting a chart

I have a chart like this in my report:

The first thing I want to do is on the x-axis to have labels where there are missing numbers. So on the x-axis there are labels for 19, 22, 24, 25. I would like the chart to have 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, and 25. 
 
The second thing I would like to do is for the label values to be 0-1, 2-3, 4-5, etc. 
 
How would I do these two things? Would I be able to do this by changing the chart formatting? Or would I have to change my query around to fill in the labels? Thanks!

Do you want the grouping of 1-5 to be summed together and show the data in the same bar?

I would like there to be one bar for 0-1, one bar for 2-3, one bar for 4-5, etc.

From the chart UI > Select Data > click grouping and sorting from the x axis. Then you can enable grouping for every n items. In my example I grouped 50 items at a time. To display the 100-150, 151-200, etc I used the following script.
