Percentages in Bar Charts

I have a report the will count each Instance of an Event for each month, and then shows them in a dual bar chart.
BIRT makes it easy to show the number of times each event occurs each month, but I need to show their comparison Percentages .... any Ideas?

Object example:
Date :2013-05-14, Amount ?100, IsPremiumItem : True

Where my report will show separate columns for IsPremiumItem : True/False

I'm not sure I'm totally understanding. There is an aggregation option for the y-series to be able to do a percentage. Have you tried this with a second series? If I'm misunderstanding, let me know.
