Fixing Table Height

Hi,
I'm unable to fix the height of table to some specific value.
I'm attaching the report generated. There are 2 pages generated. If u see, the height is not getting fixed to specific length. I'm trying in both PDF and DOC views. Can anybody help on these. I'm using BIRT 4.2.0
