Expression Builder on computed columns

Is there any limitation to use multiple conditions in Expression Builder for computed columns?
I am trying to create a computed column as

row["cts3TestLifecycle"] == "To Be Started" && row["cts3RiskFailedTest"] == "High"

But I do not obtain any result.

This works for me. I created a small sample using Classic Models where I added the following for a computed column like you had in your screen shot.

row["COUNTRY"] == "USA" && row["STATE"] == "NY"
