PageNumber TOC links do not work in Word

Hello,
the example as I told you works perfectly in pdf, perfect links and page numbers too. But if I export the report from the viewer to Word, the links do not work, it stays on the same page. Does anyone know why? Please it is important.
Birt version-> 2.6.2
Word->Word 2010
