workflow questions

Hello
We are using Teamsite 5.5.x on Aix 5.
- Is it possible to display the teamsite built-in File->Import Files functionality within workflow. We would like to display this on the initial workflow screen where we capture the author, approvers, job description, etc.
- In the initial workflow screen in addition to displaying the description, author, approver dropdowns, if we add a custom field to specify the Priority (eg: High, medium, low). Can the list of jobs on the To-Do page be sorted based on the priority set
- Is it possible at all to customize the To-Do page. If yes, what are the items that can be customized on that page.
Thanks
JK

I do not believe there is any way to integrate the TeamSite GUI's Import Files functionality into the workflow instanatiation screen (willing to be proved wrong, but ...) However, you might be able to integrate your own custom CGI for doing that - the tricky part is handling the return information correctly and whether or not it's early enough in the instantiation process to be recognized.
The method that a lot of workflow developers have used in the past is to have the start task be either a usertask or cgitask for performing this functionality - sometimes coded conditionally based on whether or not there were any pre-selected files.
I believe sorting the To Do List is possible in the Author's WebDesk interface in 5.5.2, but not (if memory serves, and a quick peak seems to support this) in the Editor-and-above WebDeskPro interface.
This, and the ability to customize the task listings are part of TeamSite 6's enhancements. I haven't had time to try it out, but I believe you'll be able to have sufficiently more control over the look, and perhaps feel, of the UI in TeamSite 6. (I think the beta release might be available now from the Support site -though possibly only for Windows and Solaris)
