Help with Report Margins

I have inherited an old report and made changes such that the data is good.

Now all that remains is to make it "pretty".

I want to add to the left hand margin (move the left margin to the right to make a bit more white space on the left side) and for the life of me cannot seem to find where to make this change.

In the Master page, if I add to the left margin (changing from .065 inches to 1 inch) it simply moves the whole report to the right and data disappears off of the right hand side.

What do I need to do to first shrink the whole report and then move it to the left?

I've searched the forum and found http://www.birt-exchange.com/be/documentation/R11SP1/erdpro/DABR/wwhelp/wwhimpl/common/html/wwhelp.htm#href=page.09.11.html&single=true but version 3.7 which I have does not have a Tools link in the options bar

Try changing the right margin to -1" that fixed it for me in the WebViewer.
